What we collect

(1) The financial documents you upload; (2) the figures our extractor reads from them; (3) your email address; (4) payment confirmation from Stripe (we never receive your full card number).

How we use it

Solely to generate your acquisition memo and email it to you. We do not sell your data or use your financials to train models.

Data retention — your financials are not kept

Your uploaded source document is deleted immediately after the figures are extracted; we do not retain the original file. The extracted figures and the generated memo are retained only as needed to deliver and re-send your report, then purged. You may request deletion at any time.

Third parties we share with

Only as needed to run the service: Anthropic (document extraction), Stripe (payment), and Resend (emailing your memo). Each processes data under its own terms.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure; do not upload documents you are not authorized to share.
