AcquisitionIQ, operated by Paraison AI, analyzes seller financial documents you provide and produces an informational acquisition memo (valuation range, debt-service estimate, red flags, and a 0–100 score).
The memo is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, is not an appraisal, and does not create an advisory relationship. Paraison AI is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, appraiser, or accountant. You are solely responsible for your acquisition decisions and should consult qualified professionals before acting.
You represent that you are authorized to upload the documents you submit and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality obligation or law. The analysis is only as accurate as the documents provided; figures are extracted by an automated system and are not independently audited or verified against source records.
The full memo is sold for a one-time fee shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. By purchasing you authorize that charge. Because the memo is delivered immediately as a digital good, all sales are final except where required by law.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paraison AI’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the memo at issue. Paraison AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from any acquisition decision.
An AI model is used to read figures out of your documents. All valuation, scoring, and decision logic is deterministic and rule-based; the AI does not value or judge the deal.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
